What people are saying Observed

  • “The biggest challenge is designing the mechanics that make games fun. AI is not quite there yet but with enough data could potentially get there. I put together a site a few months back to play around with 3d assets from Sketchfab and animated characters from Mixamo as an experiment: https://gobananas.co/”

  • “I published it to playgama, but first want to say how it helped me. One of my ideas was to make something like X-Com but provide an indirect control - you control the leader, and your squad members make the turns themselves, based on their intelligence stats! If they get alive over battles - they learn how to play smarter, not just to get MORE hp! Now the most interesting part - the development. I used three.js and vanilla js, no engines or frameworks at all. The critical part was to get the story, organize self testing process - game is challenging, units are clear, gameplay brings joy, no UI mistakes, etc. Other important part was to use subagents which focus on different tasks, AI downloaded the blender and music generator and provided enough of cool features to the game. I am really proud of what I can achieve in 2-3 days , I played it myself over 10 times and every time I was enjoying it. not AAA, but can compete with indies.”
