What people are saying Observed
“I go to bed at 9pm and wake up 3-4am. As a person with ADHD, this schedule helped me the most. Hardest part is not easily being able to go to sleep if I'm awake in the middle of my sleep. Before this I used to sleep very late, even when I was a kid, and morning schedules were too hard. This way, there's no oversleep risk.”

When I am in Russia, with no effort at all, I sleep normal hours without issue, and wake up during the day time actually well rested. This ceases once I return to my timezone. This same pa”
