“ChatGPT Web accessibility with JAWS: detailed report and technical evidence. @OpenAI_Support English version (Original French version below) Hello, This message concerns a dossier I have compiled on accessibility issues on chatgpt.com . On 25 September 2026 at 23:16, Brussels time (Europe/Brussels, UTC+02:00), I observed a major change to the ChatGPT Web interface, accompanied by several accessibility regressions. A few hours earlier, the previous interface was still present. Since then, I have spent considerable time recording and documenting each accessibility issue in detail, including some that have existed for much longer. “Chat GPT First laptop Feature Request. “ ChatGPT adoption is growing rapidly worldwide, and people are becoming heavily reliant on it. This presents both an opportunity and a responsibility to build dedicated AI-native devices such as a ChatGPT-first laptop where natural language control and intelligent file management are built-in, and eventually expand this ecosystem to phones and TVs.” 1 post - 1 participant Read full topic”

“Accessibility Request: advanced ChatGPT access for people with disabilities. I’d like to suggest that OpenAI consider creating an accessibility program that provides people with qualifying disabilities reduced cost or supported access to advanced ChatGPT capabilities. I had a stroke three years ago and developed aphasia. Before my stroke, I had a long professional career, but now ChatGPT helps me with finding words, writing, understanding complex information, communicating. And for me, this isn’t just productivity tech. It’s an accessibility lifeline. So I’m asking that OpenAI please consider a supported access program for people with qualifying disabilities. Thank you. 1 post - 1 participant Read full topic”
